EZ Exchange Policy

We’re going to make sure the clubs you purchase are the right clubs for you.

One of the great unknowns when buying golf clubs online is whether or not the look and feel of your clubs are going to live up to your expectations when you take them out of the box... but you can relax, you get a Mulligan.

The Golf Coast offers you the opportunity to exchange your clubs within 30 days of original shipment. You are only responsible for freight costs and any additional upgrades you might opt for. We’ll cover all the labor, and give you full store credit towards the clubs of your dreams.

This exchange policy is at the sole discretion of The Golf Coast and can be changed or modified at anytime without notice.

1. Buyer is responsible for freight costs to and from our facilities on any exchanges. Shipping costs are not negotiable or refundable. If there was a mistake on our end then we will cover any freight costs involved in making certain that we get everything right.

2. Buyer must contact us prior to shipping the package back to us in order to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) at 714-585-5551 Mon-Sat, 9am – 6 pm PST.

Exchanges require an RAN # so that we might better understand the issues before we receive the package back. Often times there are issues that can be addressed without the expense of freight. In those cases where it is required to send the goods back, we will be able to expedite the exchange and get the customer back on the course fast. Please print the RAN # on the exterior of the return package conspicuously with a marker in several locations (so that if the courier inadvertently covers one with a label then it is still visible elsewhere).

3. If you take your clubs to the course or range we can not exchange heads. No exceptions. They can only be exchanged if they remain new and "un-hit".

4. Exchanges can not be made towards heads that have been adjusted for loft or lie.

5. If you exchange heads or shafts, you have the choice to keep the original components and pay for the additional components or be charged a 20% restocking fee and the original "un hi"t components will become the property of The Golf Coast.

6. Because our products are custom built and fit, we do not offer full or partial refunds.
